About Aims and Scope Jordan Journal of Biological Sciences (JJBS) aims to provide a forum for a broad blend of scientific and technical papers to reflect the evolving needs of the biological sciences. Mainly welcome are contributions dealing with cell biology, genomics, microbiology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry, embryology, immunogenetics, cell and tissue culture, molecular ecology, genetic engineering and biological engineering, bioremediation and biodegradation, bioinformatics, biotechnology regulations, gene therapy, organismal biology, microbial and environmental biotechnology, marine sciences. The JJBS welcomes the submission of manuscript that meets the general criteria of significance and academic excellence. All articles published in JJBS are peer-reviewed.
Peer-review policy Manuscripts submitted to JJBS are assessed by JJBS Editorial Board. Overall editorial responsibility for the journal is with the EDITOR IN CHIEF. Independent researchers in the relevant research area assess submitted manuscripts for originality, validity and significance to help JJBS determine whether the manuscript should be published in their journal. JJBS operates a double-blind peer-review system, where neither the reviewers nor the authors are aware of the names and affiliations of the others. Open access All articles published by JJBS are made freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication without subscription charges. Article-processing charges JJBS has no article-processing charge and no publication fees.
